Social Media Tool Kit

Companies and businesses are rapidly grasping this social media concept. Everyday, an organization pops up in my virtual world and seeks to lure me in with digital engagement and web satisfaction. Sometimes I surrender but other times I feel overwhelmed. The key strategy is moderation. The internet is so saturated that from the user perspective, we're left to determine where everyone fits in. If everyone tries to fit in, how do we fit in? Companies should strive for a healthy dose; a presence and not a dominance.
